We ship out orders normally  within 72 hours once received. During holiday weeks, this may take additional time. We only ship weekdays Monday-Friday through USPS. UPS or Speedee Delivery services. Please note that we do not guarantee holiday delivery due to shipping situations out of our control.  If there is an item that is received that is broken, please contact us within 7 days.  Please review the policy for claims as we do require pictures and information emailed to us for claim process, per the shippers policies.
