MORE POLISH POTTERY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 
More Polish Pottery, LLC is passionate about providing polish pottery that is high in quality by only offering Quality 1 pieces by six factories in Poland.  
Each piece is handmade and every piece is unique. Consistency in pattern and coloring may vary.  Please understand that photos may slightly differ in the pattern or stamping/artistic design on the piece and that makes it unique.
Please note that we do not offer price adjustments for sale items online or in store. In addition, we cannot return and resell same item same day if sale is taking place. It is returned to warehouse for inspection and cannot be resold until next week.  Big Rock offers printed receipts and South Haven offers emailed receipts.  Please reference these receipts for valid exchanges/returns.

7 Days - Money Back on original form of payment for regularly priced items. Sale items or gift with purchase orders are final sale.  If our store is closed on normal days, holidays, weather or otherwise, it it still 7 days.  Please note that after 7 days, it falls into our 30 day exchange policy.
Up to 30 Days - You may Exchange in store for other like items - for items that were purchased regular price the same day it is brought into our shop. Sale items and gifts with purchase orders are final sale and are not eligible fore exchange.
 
We do not offer price adjustments if items go on sale at after purchase date.
 
All Seasonal/Holiday items are final sale.  All sales in store are final sale.
Orders purchased at one of our stores or at an event:
If you purchase a piece at our Big Rock or South Haven shop or visited our booth at a craft show or Christmas Market or other venue (More Polish Pottery), we ask each customer to inspect pieces upon purchase for any quality defects. Once the product leaves More Polish Pottery, we are not responsible for any damage to the piece to include chipping and/or breakage after purchase.  If someone visits and picks up a purchase on your behalf, we will ask them to inspect the pieces prior to departing and are not responsible once the pieces have left our premise. Items purchased outside of our retail stores (special events or Christmas Market) are final sale purchases.
For All Exchanges and Returns with Original Receipt:
We only exchange or return Quality 1, original condition Polish pottery that is free from any material defect with original stickers on the item for regular priced items. Original stickers include the bar code and quality sticker.  Please note that we do not return sale items or items in an order that received a gift with purchase as those purchases are final sale. 
All exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase at the same location it was purchased with a same day pottery credit issued to be used that same day. For original form of payment return, that must be made within 7 days of purchase with original receipt (physical or email receipt) for refund on original form of payment. 
For exchanged products that are shipped, the purchaser is responsible for shipping the product back to More Polish Pottery.  Once received, there is an additional shipping charge for exchanged pieces that the customer will be responsible for paying before shipped.
Pottery Given as a Gift:
Our exchange policy is 30 days from purchase with original or gift receipt. All sale products or gift with purchase orders are final sale. If the polish pottery was given as a gift, we offer same day exchanges (no returns) for a similar or like item in perhaps a different pattern or shape with gift receipt or original receipt.  We do our best to offer many options for these situations.  Please ask your recipient for original or gift receipt.
Orders that are Shipped:
For orders placed online or through our App that is shipped, we do our best to help make sure your polish pottery arrives safely using both bubble wrap and packing peanuts in packing.  If you purchased on our website and a product arrives damaged, we ask to be contacted within 7 business days from receiving the order. We insure every package. Please keep your original packing material, box and product until the claim has been resolved.  This can take up to 2 weeks. We will offer a replacement, if available, or offer a refund. Sometimes an exact replacement is not available due to the individuality of each polish pottery piece.  We process claims on Wednesday of each week.  Please email info@morepolishpottery.com with pictures and order number.
If you decide that the item does not meet your expectations, please call us within 7 days of receiving the package. Please note that sale items are final sale items. Return shipping is responsible of the customer.   Insurance must be made on the package, by you the customer.  If items are broken returning it to us, you are responsible for filing claim in case of damage. A credit will be given for APP purchases for future purchase. For orders made on our main website, a refund will be given.  All pottery must be received before 30 days.

Orders that are Ordered Online for Pick Up:
Orders for Online Pick Up are for Big Rock IL.  We kindly ask all orders marked for pick up to be picked up within 2 weeks.  Please note that pick up option is ONLY offered at our Big Rock, IL location unless ordered in store at South Haven and our employee is able to confirm if we can offer that order for local pick up (or time frame when it will be delivered to South Haven).  Orders not picked up within 6 months are considered abandoned and will be donated to a family in need. If you have any situations that do not allow you to pick up, please call us if unable to pick up within 2 weeks.  Otherwise, please choose shipping option.
