Most orders are fulfilled within about a day, and nearly all shipped orders include tracking. Here is how to follow your package from our door to yours.
Check your email for a tracking link
When your order ships, you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. That link opens your order status page, where you can follow your delivery as it moves. If you are asked to verify, have your order number and the email address or phone number you used at checkout ready.
Sign in to your account
You can also see your orders and tracking by signing in to your customer account.
Order details are only visible to you after you verify your order number and email or phone, or sign in to your account. We never display order details publicly.
