Return & Exchange Policy

MORE POLISH POTTERY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

More Polish Pottery, LLC is passionate about providing polish pottery that is high in quality by only offering Quality 1 pieces by six factories in Poland.  Each piece is handmade, and every piece is unique. Consistency in pattern and coloring may vary.  Please understand that photos may slightly differ in the pattern or stamping/artistic design on the piece and that makes it unique. That does not change the pattern quality level.

 

We do not offer price adjustments for sale items online or in the store. In addition, we cannot return and resell the same item on the same day if a sale is taking place. It is returned to the warehouse for inspection and cannot be resold until next week. Our stores use email and text receipts.  Please reference these receipts for valid exchanges/returns.

For ANY exchange or ANY return, all items must have both the barcode and quality sticker.  Without these two stickers, no return or exchange will be granted. 

 

7 Days Money Back:  Money Back on original form of payment for regularly priced items. Sale items or gift with purchase orders are final sale and cannot be returned.  If our store is closed on normal days, holidays, weather or otherwise, it is still 7 days from purchase.  Please note that after 7 days, it falls into our 30-day exchange policy.

 

Up to 30 Days Exchange at Same Store: You may exchange in store for other like items - for items that were purchased regular price the same day it is brought into our shop for the exchange. Sale items and gifts with purchase orders are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

 

We do not offer price adjustments if items go on sale at after purchase date.

 

All Seasonal/Holiday items are final sale.  All sales items are final sale. 

All items purchased at special events outside of our store locations are also final sale (Christmas Market, craft shops, pop-up events).

 

Orders purchased at one of our stores or at an event:

If you purchase a piece at our Big Rock, New Buffalo, Muskegon or South Haven shop or other venue (More Polish Pottery), we ask each customer to inspect pieces upon purchase for any quality defects. Once the product leaves More Polish Pottery, we are not responsible for any damage to the piece to include chipping and/or breakage after purchase. If someone visits and picks up a purchase on your behalf, we will ask them to inspect the pieces prior to departing and are not responsible once the pieces have left our premise.

 

Exchanges and Returns with Original Receipt Within 30 Days:

We only exchange or return Quality 1, original condition Polish pottery that is free from any material defect with original stickers on the item for regular priced items. Original stickers include the bar code and quality sticker.  Please note that we do not return sale items or items in an order that received a gift with purchase as those purchases are final sale. 

 

All exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase at the same location where it was purchased. No exceptions. The store credit issued must be used that same day. Our stores do not have access to other store sale receipt look-ups. 

 

For exchanged products that are shipped, the purchaser is responsible for shipping the product back to More Polish Pottery.  Once received, there is an additional shipping charge for exchanged pieces that the customer will be responsible for paying before shipped.

 

Pottery Given as a Gift:

Our exchange policy is 30 days from purchase with original or gift receipt. All sale products or gifts with purchase orders are final sale. If the polish pottery was given as a gift, we offer same day exchanges (no returns) for a similar or like item in perhaps a different pattern or shape with gift receipt or original receipt.  We do our best to offer many options for these situations.  Please ask your recipient for original or gift receipt.

 

Orders that are Shipped:

For orders placed online that is shipped, we do our best to help make sure your Polish pottery arrives safely using both bubble wrap and packing peanuts in packing.  If you purchased on our website and a product arrives damaged, we ask to be contacted within 7 business days from receiving the order. We insure every package. In order to receive a refund for the item, you must send us an email to info@morepolishpottery.com with the following pictures:  Complete picture of box, picture of label (we must be able to read the data), picture of the broken item, picture of the barcode on the item, and a picture of the contents in the box that was use for shipping (bubble and peanuts).  These are all required by UPS for a claim to be filed and for us to refund your item.  Please keep your original packing material, box and product until the claim has been resolved.  It can take up to 2 weeks before we can let you know to throw away the box and item. We do refund earlier once UPS has received what they needed and they tell us that they do not need to pick the box up for inspection.  Please email info@morepolishpottery.com with pictures and order number.

If you decide that the item does not meet your expectations, please call us within 7 days of receiving the package. Please note that sale items are final sale items. Return shipping, on any order, is paid by the customer. Insurance must be made on the package, by you the customer.  If the item is broken while shipping it back to us, the customer is responsible for filing a claim in case of damage or breakage. For orders made on our main website, a refund will be given but items must be called in within 7 days and  received by More Polish Pottery within 30 days of the day of purchase.

Orders that are Ordered Online for Pick Up:

Orders for Online Pick Up are for Big Rock IL.  We kindly ask all orders marked for pick up to be picked up within 2 weeks.  Please note that pick up option is ONLY offered at our Big Rock IL location. Orders not picked up within 6 months are considered abandoned and will be donated to a family in need. If you have any situations that do not allow you to pick up, please call us if you are unable to pick up within 2 weeks.  Otherwise, please choose the shipping option when you purchase the item.
